3. Order Processing and Shipping
  • Order Processing: Once an order is placed, we will begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. 
  • Shipping: We offer various shipping methods. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Estimated shipping time for Australia and New Zealand is between 10 - 15 business days. 
  • Delivery Delays: While we aim to ship your order in a timely manner, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
